Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.

• 2+ years in customer service with issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Call on prospective customers and assigned accounts within a territory, using proactive telephone sales.
• Maintain contacts with existing customers to improve retention and analyze market trends.
• Handle operational and administrative tasks in support of location and regional management.
• Support Vehicle Sales Managers in achieving location sales quotas and objectives.
