Bergey's Ford- Ambler in Ambler, PA is seeking a motivated auto sales professional to sell and lease new and used vehicles, focusing on dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction.

You will write complete sales orders, process paperwork according to policy, and stay current on products and services. Training, follow-up, and a commitment to ethical business practices are required.

Qualifications

• Sells and leases new and used vehicles at dealership with focus on profit, volume, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintains knowledge of current vehicles and financing options.
• Attends product and sales training as requested by sales manager.

Responsibilities

• Write complete car sales orders and process paperwork per dealership policies.
• Utilize dealership sales control and follow-up systems to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Keep up-to-date on new auto products and services within the industry.

Summary:

Sells/leases new- auto and used-vehicles/car sales at dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards

• Writes complete car sales orders and processes paperwork in accordance with dealership policies.
• Utilizes dealership auto sales control and follow-up systems.
• Attends product and sales training courses as requested by sales manager.
• Keeps up-to-date on new auto products and services within the industry.
• Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
• Maintains a prospect development system.
• Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner.
• Satisfies the transportation needs of vehicle purchasers.
• Approaches, greets, and offers assistance/direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom/sales lot.
• Assists customers in selecting a vehicle / auto by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Explains fully product performance, application and benefits to prospects.
• Describes all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Offers test drives to all prospects. Follows dealership procedure to obtain proper identification from customer prior to test drive.
• Other tasks as assigned.
