Job summary

Schomp Nissan in Littleton, CO is seeking energetic sales professionals to build lasting customer relationships and guide guests through the entire vehicle selection process. The One Price, One Hour model ensures transparent pricing and a smooth experience.

You will learn products, features, and financing options while delivering exceptional customer service. Training is provided with a comprehensive 4-week program; full-time hours include Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Clean driving record with minimal accidents, points or moving violations.
• Experience in product or retail sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and referrals.
• Obtain expert product knowledge and confidently describe or demonstrate vehicle technology, features and accessories.
• Identify customer needs and budget, and present options that meet their preferences.
• Promote vehicle protection plans such as GAP, service, dent, or windshield.
• Lead the sales finance process with each customer.
• Collaborate with Finance on financing options based on credit, budget, and trade-ins.
• Use CRM to manage relationships, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries.
