Job summary

Enterprise Mobility seeks a responsible, dedicated person for a Full-time Remarketing Inventory Coordinator in Buffalo, NY. This role pays $17.40 per hour and covers vehicle check-in, organization, reconditioning, paperwork and overall inventory control.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and discreet. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. Benefits include PTO, health and life insurance, 401k, employee discounts, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol conviction in the past five years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• At least six months of prior work/organizational experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize and account for fluctuating inventory (lot organization/in or outbound vehicles).
• Check in and process 100+ vehicle transactions daily.
• Maintain high-volume lot organization with safety, efficiency, and security in mind.
• Maintain systems for key organization and security of inventory.
• Complete paperwork for repairs, pickup, and delivery of vehicles.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, pickups, and deliveries.
• Notify management of potential safety concerns regarding equipment, lot conditions and vehicles.
• Perform physical requirements related to the PDI process.
• Work outdoors approximately 90% of the time.
• Front gate security.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
