Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Registration experience preferred but willing to train the right individual.

Responsibilities

• Registering vehicles in multiple states.
• Assisting Finance Managers, customers, sales associates, and service department.
• Filing and organizing legal paperwork – titles + registrations.
• Double checking car deals for accuracy – responsible for correcting errors.
• Communication with insurance agencies to verify documents and timelines.
• Data Entry.
• Other misc. duties required, swaps, courtesy deliveries
