Job summary

Balise Auto is seeking a Registry Specialist to register vehicles across multiple states and support Finance Managers, customers, sales teams, and the service department. You will file and organize legal paperwork, verify titles and registrations, and help ensure accuracy in all vehicle deals.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong customer service, and the ability to coordinate with insurance agencies.

Qualifications

• Registration experience preferred, but willing to train the right individual.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Registering vehicles in multiple states.
• Assist Finance Managers, customers, sales associates and service department.
• Filing and organizing legal paperwork—titles, COs, registration paperwork.
• Double-checking car deals for accuracy and correcting errors.
• Communicating with insurance agencies to verify documents and timelines.
• Data entry.
• Other misc. duties, including swaps and courtesy deliveries.
