Job summary

Carvana is seeking an Automotive Supervisor in Rocklin, CA to lead a team within the Inspection Center and drive production targets. This front-line role emphasizes coaching, safety, and quality controls to ensure vehicles meet Carvana standards.

You will manage daily activities, train staff on QC procedures, and collaborate with the Inspection Center GM to decide on repairs based on cost and quality. This position is full-time and on-site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience using computers.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in Carvana’s reconditioning process.
• Knowledge of lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coach a team in the Inspection Center.
• Meet production and quality goals.
• Manage movement of cars safely.
• Lead and develop production associates.
• Ensure adherence to policies and safety.
• Review defects and approve repairs.
• Collaborate with General Manager.
• Train team on Quality Control standards.
