Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience leading and developing associates.
• Proven ability to achieve project deliverables and company metrics.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center.
• Mentor and manage direct reports, coaching and performance management.
• Contribute to strategic plans and alignment with company goals.
• Ensure adherence to standards, policies, and performance metrics.
• Foster a positive team culture aligned with Carvana values.
• Recruit, orient, and train supervisory staff.
• Ensure training and certification processes are followed.
• Provide feedback to leads and associates for competency development.
• Manage production capacity and assist with planning.
• Ensure health, safety and loss prevention guidelines are followed.
