I Pull U Pull Auto Parts in Fresno, CA is seeking a Data Entry Specialist / Customer Service to support vehicle purchasing and DMV documentation. You will verify ownership documents, enter data, and ensure all forms are completed accurately while delivering dependable service.

This full‑time, non‑exempt role requires flexible shifts, offers overtime, and includes a benefits package with medical, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, paid vacation and sick leave.

Qualifications

• Proficient in general computer skills (data entry and e-mail).
• Friendly and enjoys communicating with customers and vendors.
• Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including overtime.
• Bilingual Spanish (desired, not required).
• Prior experience processing auto purchase or DMV documents (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Verify ownership documents match VINs and comply with laws.
• Schedule appointments with customers and tow vendors.
• Purchase vehicles in accordance with laws and policy.
• Receive vehicles daily into data entry system.
• Issue payments for vehicles and tows; manage daily check summary.
• Organize and retain copies/files as necessary.
• Monitor and respond to calls and faxes.
