Job summary

webuyanycar USA in Maple Grove, MN is hiring an Automotive Sales Representative to purchase vehicles directly from customers. You will meet with clients, evaluate vehicles, and guide them through the purchasing process, earning commissions on performance.

The role combines sales, negotiation, and customer service in a growth-driven, branch-based setting with a clear path for advancement and earnings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Prior sales, retail, customer service, call center, automotive, or customer-facing experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work independently in a branch environment.
• Ability to use computers, iPads, mobile devices, email, web-based apps and sales systems.

Responsibilities

• Contact vehicle sellers by phone, email, text, and other approved channels.
• Conduct car-buying appointments with customers.
• Build rapport, explain the value of our service, and guide customers through purchasing process.
• Inspect and test drive vehicles as part of the purchasing process.
• Negotiate purchase offers and complete vehicle purchase transactions.
• Maintain customer records and follow-up activities.
• Meet or exceed sales and activity goals.
• Keep branch environment clean, organized and professional.
