CarGroup Holdings LLC d/b/a webuyanycar.com USA is seeking an Automotive Sales Representative in Stow, OH. You will work directly with customers to purchase their vehicles, not sell inventory, at a branch in Stow with Sundays off and a structured commission plan.

Base salary starts at $36,500 per year, plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus and performance-based commissions. Training stipends are available for eligible hires during the first 60 days, along with benefits and a clear path for growth.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior sales, retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Able to work independently in a branch environment.
• Comfort with using computers and mobile devices.

Responsabilidades

• Contact vehicle sellers by phone, email, text and other channels.
• Conduct car-buying appointments with customers.
• Explain our service value and guide purchasing process.
• Inspect vehicles and perform test drives.
• Negotiate offers and complete purchases.
• Maintain customer records and follow-up activities.
• Meet or exceed sales and activity goals.
• Keep the branch clean, organized and professional.
