Job summary

The Champion Firm, Personal Injury Attorneys, P.C. in Marietta, GA seeks a Property Damage Claim Specialist to guide clients through vehicle damage processes after a car wreck. You will coordinate rentals, liaise with insurers, and work with repair facilities and appraisers to advance claims.

You will keep clients informed with compassionate service while coordinating with attorneys, adjusters, and other stakeholders to resolve property damage matters efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience handling vehicle property damage claims at an insurance company, rental car company, or body shop.
• Familiarity with repair estimates, rental vehicles, total-loss evaluations, or diminished-value claims.
• Strong organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple active matters.
• Clear, professional communication and a patient, compassionate, and service-minded approach.
• Good judgment and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Help clients address their vehicle property damage needs after a car wreck.
• Coordinate rental cars and communicate with rental providers about extensions when needed.
• Work with insurance adjusters to move property damage claims forward.
• Arrange independent appraisals when appropriate for diminished value or total-loss disputes.
• Keep clients updated, respond to questions, and help resolve property damage roadblocks.
• Coordinate with attorneys, case teams, repair facilities, rental companies, appraisers, and insurance representatives.
• Track open issues and follow up to make sure important tasks do not fall through the cracks.
