• Define tasks, resources, and timelines in collaboration with cross‑functional teams and suppliers to ensure successful program delivery that meets company milestones.
• Develop a comprehensive program roadmap to effectively communicate deliverables to stakeholders and hold teams accountable.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks within the program schedule to ensure smooth project execution.
• Set agendas for key decision‑making meetings to eliminate bottlenecks and minimize risks.
• Establish standard reports to provide concise and effective communications on program status, issues, risks, and accomplishments to key stakeholders.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience in Hardware Program Management or Engineering Management, managing cross‑functional teams on HW/SW integration during development phases.
• BS degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA and Gantt charts.
• Prior experience working with contract manufacturers (CMs).
• Self‑motivated and proactive problem‑solver with excellent organizational skills.
