Wallenius Wilhelmsen group is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Oxnard Vehicle Processing Center on-site in Oxnard, CA. The role drives safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

You will oversee vehicle processing functions, production schedules, and staffing, ensuring service, quality, and on-time delivery to customers.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of leadership experience in vehicle processing, automotive, manufacturing, logistics, or similar operational environments.
• Experience leading production operations and customer-focused service delivery with performance improvements.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies to support VPC goals, drive productivity, and meet customer requirements.
• Lead workforce planning, staffing, scheduling, and cost-reduction initiatives for quality and efficiency.
• Oversee vehicle processing functions, production schedules, and daily workflow while maintaining strong customer relationships.
