• Lead workforce planning, staffing, scheduling, continuous improvement initiatives, and cost‑reduction efforts to enhance quality, customer satisfaction, and overall operational excellence.
• Oversee all vehicle processing functions, including pre‑delivery inspections, accessory installation, stock maintenance, undercoating, campaigns, quality control, mechanical repair, and body shop operations.
• Manage production schedules, resource allocation, and daily workflow while building strong customer and stakeholder relationships to ensure service, quality, and delivery expectations are met.
• Champion a culture of safety, quality, and compliance by ensuring adherence to company policies, environmental regulations, and workplace safety standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and employees to drive operational excellence and employee engagement.
• Manage operational performance, labor efficiency, and costs to support financial and business objectives.

This position is on-site in Oxnard, CA.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Strategic & Operational Leadership

• Promote a collaborative team environment through effective communication, training, cross‑functional development, and performance management.

Financial & Resource Management

• Manage operational performance, labor efficiency, and costs to support financial and business objectives.


• Oversee budgeting, resource planning, inventory, and company assets to ensure operational readiness and efficiency.

Job Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.


• 5–7 years of leadership experience in vehicle processing, automotive, manufacturing, logistics, or a similar operational environment.


• Experience leading production operations and customer-focused service delivery, including performance management and productivity improvements.

The expected starting salary range for this position is $104,000 to $110,000 per year.
