Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Vehicle Performance Integration Engineer to support vehicle-level integration and program performance across energy management and aero-thermal attributes. You will collaborate with EMAT teams and cross-functional stakeholders to track performance, identify trade-offs, and manage risks to meet vehicle targets.

The role requires a ABET-accredited engineering degree and 2+ years in relevant fields, with experience in fuel economy, VDE tools, and powertrain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• 2+ years of experience in product development, vehicle development, or propulsion system development.

Responsibilities

• Support vehicle-level program performance activities.
• Serve as a key contact between EMAT engineering teams and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain and update the EMAT program scorecard.
• Provide technical status for vehicle-level targets: fuel economy, weight, thermal management, aerodynamics.
• Develop and coordinate work requests for EMAT Science Teams.
• Review and analyze technical data and performance results.
