Job summary

Orw Usa is seeking energetic, customer-focused Sales Associates to join our Reno team. You’ll help customers find the right parts, accessories, and upgrades for their vehicles while building lasting relationships and growing your income.

You’ll work with enthusiasts and everyday drivers, helping them choose parts and upgrades, with on-floor sales and a focus on customer service. Automotive passion and retail experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Sales experience with strong customer engagement and relationship building skills.
• Experience using POS systems in a retail environment.
• Familiarity with parts databases and automotive products.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers on the sales floor and build relationships to understand their vehicle needs and recommend the right aftermarket products.
• Drive sales by utilizing suggestive selling techniques and product knowledge to promote and sell additional parts and services.
• Inform and assist customers with questions and inquiries while communicating monthly sales and promotions.
• Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business, referrals, and brand loyalty.
• Contribute to inventory control and shrinkage reduction by organizing and displaying parts and products.
• Continuously improve product knowledge, sales skills, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals for merchandise, labor, and warranty products.
