Job summary

Cox Automotive in Mount Juliet, TN is seeking an Lot Operations Specialist II to orient and supervise drivers, coordinate vehicle movements, and ensure timely transport to auction sites and parking locations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with several years of related experience; a valid driver's license is essential. This is an on-site position with potential for incentive-based additional compensation and a defined work schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma/GED plus 3 years of related work experience, OR any degree or certification above a High School Diploma/GED plus 1 year of related work experience, OR 5 years of related work experience.
• Safe driver’s needed; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Orient and instruct new drivers on duties.
• Direct and assign work of employees.
• Maintain log of stock numbers and vehicle lot location.
• Manage vans and transport drivers to locations.
• Shuttle employees to and from parking lots on sale days.
• Transport employees and vehicles to auction, parking lots, dealer locations.
• Perform daily maintenance and basic service of vans.
