Vail Resorts is hiring for a Summer Seasonal 2026 Fleet Maintenance position in the mountains. The role offers wage starting at $21.47/hr with progression to $26.29/hr, along with benefits like free employee ski passes, discounts, and training opportunities.

• Vehicle maintenance experience, especially with types of vehicles in our fleet, or mechanical aptitude.
• Must have a valid driver’s license / clean DMV record.
• Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Manage andmaintainfleet vehicle parts inventories, including partspurchasing.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks on a variety of mountain fleet vehicles with guidance from Intermediate and Advanced Mechanics.
• Communicate with both internal and external customers ina timelyand professional manner.
• Ability to be part of ateam-orientedshop in a fast-paced work environment.
• Demonstrate a commitment to safety by being an active participant in asafety-orientedshop culture.
• Other duties as assigned.

This position performs basic preventative maintenance on all types of mountain fleet vehicles with guidance and direction of more skilled mechanics.This role also collaborates with the Parts Lead to manage andmaintainvehicle parts inventories. We are looking for an individual that has a mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn and grow.

The expected pay range is$21.47/hr - $26.29/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
