Job summary

Vail Resorts in Champion, PA invites you to join our winter fleet maintenance team. This full-time, winter seasonal role performs basic maintenance on mountain fleet vehicles, assists with parts inventories, and supports a safety-focused shop culture.

You will work with a team to keep snowcats, shuttles, and trucks in top condition. Starting wage ranges from $22.99 to $27.05 per hour, with opportunities for training and career growth through Epic Service.

Qualifications

• Vehicle maintenance experience or solid mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; able to operate in a fast-paced shop.
• Must be at least 18 years old; winter seasonal role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage fleet part inventories with guidance.
• Perform basic maintenance on mountain fleet vehicles.
• Communicate with internal and external customers professionally.
• Be part of a team in a busy shop and support safety culture.
• Other duties as assigned.

This position performs basic preventative maintenance on all types of mountain fleet vehicles with guidance and direction of more skilled mechanics.This role also collaborates with the Parts Lead to manage andmaintainvehicle parts inventories. We are looking for an individual that has a mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn and grow.

Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a commitment to safety by being an active participant in asafety-orientedshop culture.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Vehicle maintenance experience, especially with types of vehicles in our fleet,or mechanical aptitude.
• Must have a valid driver’s license / clean DMV record.
• Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.

The expected pay range is$22.99/hr - $27.05/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
