Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a vehicle logistics associate in the Aurora, CO area to organize and stage vehicles within designated zones, following standard procedures set by lot operations leadership.

You will use dashboards to decide staging moves, participate in safety and efficiency improvements, and ensure loads are balanced with minimal drop-offs while keeping work areas organized and compliant with policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' related experience.
• OR the right candidate could have any level degree/certification beyond HS diploma/GED in a related discipline
• OR 5 years' experience in a related field
• Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.

Job Responsibilities

• Move vehicles and stage them in a safe arrangement to their proper work destinations to eliminate multiple drop-off points and less-than-full loads.

Qualifications:

Minimum

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field.
• OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline;
• OR 5 years' experience in a related field
• Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.

Preferred

• Prior Auction experience and general knowledge of Auction operations preferred.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.
• Ability to work safely in a fast paced environment.
• Effective customer service and interpersonal skills required.

Schedule

• Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (Wed 7am-4pm)

Work Environment

• Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Moderate noise level.

USD 15.10 - 22.60 per hour

Compensation:

Hourly pay rate is in the range of $15.10 - $22.60/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Benefits:

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
