ADESA, a Carvana-owned company, is seeking a dedicated team member to move and stage vehicles on the lot during auction operations. You will coordinate with drivers, follow directions from leadership, and ensure accurate vehicle placement and reporting.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented professional who can follow instructions and work with multiple departments.
• Clear communication skills and ability to understand basic English instructions.
• Ability to read alphanumeric order and vehicle-related signs.

Responsibilities

• Lot coordination to guide drivers for correct vehicle movement.
• Monitor workflow across the lot and support operational accuracy.
• Operate vehicles safely and stage vehicles on the lot.
• Move, stage, and park various vehicles across the shift.
• Scan vehicles in the internal tracking system for inventory accuracy.
• Perform battery jumps as needed with a portable unit.
