Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-5 years of direct experience in logistics or transportation.
• Experience with EDI or shipment visibility platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee expedited vehicle shipments to meet priorities and timelines.
• Coordinate with processing centers, port ops, and trucking carriers to reduce dwell.
• Monitor inventory, shipment status, and transport execution for on-time movement.
• Coordinate backup carriers when capacity or disruption occurs.
• Communicate priorities and requirements to providers for on-schedule transport.
• Maintain shipment visibility and escalation reporting across stakeholders.
• Analyze dwell trends and performance to identify process improvements.
• Prepare escalation reports and performance updates for leadership.
