Job summary

Cox in West Palm Beach, FL, is seeking an entry-level Vehicle Data Entry Associate responsible for capturing accurate vehicle information for registration using a Zebra TC handheld computer. You will document VIN, stock numbers, dealer IDs, make, model, year, mileage, color, and options, and affix barcodes to each vehicle.

Additional duties include placing work orders, routing labels, installing OBDII devices, and guiding transporters to the correct drop zones, while adhering to safety

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred, or <2 years related work experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Regularly stand, walk, reach, talk and hear.
• Able to lift 1–15 pounds.
• Vision abilities include depth perception and color vision.

Responsibilities

• Review and input accurate vehicle information for registration into the system using a handheld Zebra TC.
• Affix barcode/stock number sticker on each vehicle.
• Place work order numbers and routing labels on vehicles upon entry.
• Associate and install OBDII tracking device.
• Direct transporters to proper car drop zone.
