Job summary

InDepth Engineering Solutions, LLC in Toledo, United States, is seeking a Workplace Integration (WPI) Data Coordinator to support vehicle launches in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will coordinate launch data, timing plans, KPIs, readiness metrics, and reporting with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes data collection, validation, analysis, and presentation of executive dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Operations, Data Analytics, or related field.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with dashboards/data visualization.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

Maintain vehicle launch timing plans, milestones, and program tracking systems.
Track and report KPIs, readiness metrics, glide paths, and Plan-vs-Actual performance.
Collect, validate, analyze, and consolidate data from cross-functional teams.
Identify risks, gaps, schedule variances, and recovery opportunities.
Develop executive-level dashboards, reports, scorecards, and presentations.
Coordinate WPI processes, meetings, reviews, documentation, and stakeholder actions.
Support pilot builds, production readiness, launch events, and resource planning.
Drive reporting automation, process improvements, and Lean initiatives.
