United Access is seeking a Vehicle Data Specialist in St. Louis, MO. This hybrid role focuses on maintaining accurate vehicle inventory data across systems and locations, investigating discrepancies, and supporting inventory reconciliation.

You’ll work with multiple departments to ensure data integrity and smooth vehicle flow from ordering to sale, leveraging Excel and MS365 tools to drive improvements and automation where possible.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in automotive operations, vehicle inventory, dealership administration, fleet operations, or a similar operational support role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain accurate documentation.

• Maintain accurate vehicle inventory data by reviewing details such as location, mileage, ownership, status, and availability.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate with teams to correct records.
• Monitor vehicle movement from ordering through receipt and in-stock inventory.
• Support physical inventory reconciliation and resolve differences between physical location and system records.
• Manage approved user access for vehicle and inventory systems, including onboarding and deactivation.
• Document recurring discrepancies and process gaps to address root causes.
• Look for opportunities to simplify, standardize, or automate manual inventory processes.
