Qualifikationen

- 6+ years of related experience
- Experience in people management including career planning, training, interviews, hiring, rewards, and salary reviews
- Experience in leading and mentoring technically skilled individuals
- Experience managing technical projects using JIRA and Confluence
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and security considerations
Aufgaben
- Lead and develop the Development Team to deliver technology solutions supporting global vehicle operations
- Communicate persuasively, align stakeholders, and manage expectations across IT and business leadership
- Coordinate projects by planning sessions, estimation, demos, retrospectives, and release/iteration planning, partnering across IT disciplines and business leadership
