Ed Morse is currently seeking a Vehicle Inventory Clerk to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Receive new vehicles from manufacturers or auctions, verifying details against purchase orders

• Accurately track and manage a car dealership's vehicle inventory, including new, used, and loaner cars,

  by performing physical counts, updating inventory systems, reconciling discrepancies, managing floor plan payments.

• Update inventory management systems with accurate vehicle details including VINs, condition, mileage, and pricing.

• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and address any issues with discrepancies.

• Monitor stock levels and identify potential overstocking or understocking situations.

• Liaise with other departments on inventory matters.
• Follow company policies and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years Automotive Experience, preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in inventory management preferred.
• Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
