Vehicle Inventory Clerk - Ed Morse - Delray Beach

Responsibilities

• Receive new vehicles from manufacturers or auctions, verifying details against purchase orders.
• Accurately track and manage the dealership's vehicle inventory, including new, used, and loaner cars, through physical counts, updating inventory systems, reconciling discrepancies, and managing floor plan payments.
• Update inventory management systems with vehicle details such as VINs, condition, mileage, and pricing.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and resolve related issues.
• Monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking or understocking.
• Collaborate with other departments on inventory matters.
• Follow company policies and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years automotive experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in inventory management is a plus.
• Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
• Strong multitasking, time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
