Key responsibilities include maintaining vehicle inventory records in the accounting system, coordinating with sales and service, handling DMV paperwork for wholesale transactions, and managing AJAX Financial records. Strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Accounting knowledge preferred.
• Automotive office experience and familiarity with DMV paperwork a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain vehicle inventory records in the dealership accounting system.
