Ledgent Finance & Accounting’s client in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Junior Inventory Accounting Clerk for a temp-to-hire opportunity. The role is onsite and offers exposure to inventory management and general accounting tasks.

Responsibilities include tracking and analyzing inventory, posting journal entries, assisting with month-end close, handling ACH transactions, and reconciling accounts. Standard hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounting experience.

• This entry-level accounting position will be responsible for inventory tracking and analysis.
• Perform journal entries and adjusting entries.
• Assist with the month-end close process.
• Complete ACH daily transactions.
• Handle account reconciliation tasks.
