Greenway Automotive Management LLC in Orlando seeks an organized accounting/office associate. You will enter vehicle purchases, manage dealer trades, and handle paperwork, while upholding confidentiality and accuracy.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least one year of office experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting systems; automotive CDK experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least one year of accounting or office experience.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and business/accounting systems.
• Super organized, detail-obsessed, and able to keep information confidential.
• Strong communicator, confident on phone and clear in email.
• Bonus points for automotive experience or familiarity with CDK.

Responsibilities

• Enter all new and used vehicle purchases into our accounting system.
• Manage dealer trades and intercompany vehicle transfers.
• Handle wholesale vehicle billing, ensuring all paperwork and licenses are in place.
• Keep open communication with sales managers, serving as the go-to for inventory information.
• Tackle additional projects or tasks as needed.
