Thrifty is the largest privately-owned leasing company in the UK, with 81 locations nationwide. Our Exeter Head Office is hiring a Customer Service Agent to join a friendly team and provide dedicated vehicle hire reservations for National Accounts. No prior experience is required; full training will be given.

This is an office-based role, 40 hours per week with a Saturday rota. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, record data accurately in in-house systems, and resolve queries to maintain
