SIXT in Cambridge, MA is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver exceptional service and sales. You’ll learn about our vehicles while supporting customers, managing the fleet, and contributing to a positive branch experience.

You will upsell upgrades and services, handle rental agreements, and respond to inquiries with precision and enthusiasm, aiming to exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

• You love sales and have proven upselling and closing skills - motivated by targets and customer contact
• You have experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality
• You are communicative and articulate in English
• You are flexible, team-oriented and bring full energy to shift work, including weekends and holidays - whether full-time or part-time
• You have a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
