Safelite Fulfilment is seeking a certified Repair Specialist I to perform vehicle glass repairs using Safelite technology and processes. You will learn the Safelite Way of Fitting under guidance, handling repair orders and communicating with customers while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicle glass including chips and cracks.
• Learn and apply Safelite Way of Fitting under supervision.
• Manage work orders and customer communications using MRM.
• Maintain shop and vehicle cleanliness and safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned and adhere to policies.
