Job summary

Safelite Group, Inc. is seeking a certified Safelite Repair Specialist I to repair vehicle glass using our advanced technology and to deliver exceptional customer service with a caring, service-oriented mindset.

You will learn the Safelite Way of Fitting under guidance while handling work orders and customer communications. The role emphasizes safety, high-quality workmanship, and adherence to company policies, with opportunities for training, paid time off, holidays, and tuition reimbursement

Qualifications

• High School Diploma GED/Equivalent Preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license to operate a company vehicle.
• On-the-job training/completion of Safelite SafeTech certification.

Responsibilities

• Learn to repair vehicle glass under guidance of experienced technicians.
• Repair chips, cracks and other auto glass issues on customer vehicles.
• Manage work orders and customer documentation using Safelite MRMs technology; promote Safelite items.
• Clean customer vehicle and perform housekeeping tasks in vehicle and shop.
• Safely operate company vehicles, tools and chemicals as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies.
