Job summary

Woodward Tahoe is seeking a Vehicle Maintenance Manager to lead our vehicle maintenance shop, fleet and equipment, ensuring safety, reliability and high performance. You will supervise staff, train crews and partner with departments to keep operations smooth during seasonal demands.

Qualifications

Experience in vehicle maintenance and the tools involved.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Valid and current driver's license.
Ability to develop annual budgets and manage costs.
Experience training staff in safety procedures.
Proven ability to supervise a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance of fleet vehicles, snowmobiles, heavy equipment and trucks.
Assist in snow removal and heavy equipment operator training.
Develop annual budget and manage costs within parameters.
Oversee staffing, coaching, training and performance evaluations.
Train staff in safety procedures and compliance.
Schedule daily and weekly activities and monitor cost efficiency.
