Job summary

McCluskey Chevrolet Buick GMC in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to onboard customers to their GM vehicles and connected technologies. You will demonstrate features, assist with apps, and enroll customers in OnStar and GM Connected Services.

As a frontline role, you will coordinate with Sales and Service to ensure satisfaction, manage follow-ups, and support accessory installations and post-delivery questions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills expected.
• Comfortable using technology, mobile apps, and infotainment systems.
• Able to explain technical and product information clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new-vehicle deliveries, explaining features, controls, and technology.
• Demonstrate infotainment systems, navigation, driver-assistance features, and safety tech.
• Assist customers with smartphone pairing (Apple CarPlay / Android Auto).
• Enroll customers in OnStar, Super Cruise, and GM Connected Services; educate on mobile apps.
