You’ll connect with customers, assess needs, present options, and negotiate trade-in values, aiming for mutually beneficial deals and repeat business.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of automotive products, vehicle features, and market trends.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Successful completion of required pre-employment screenings.
