Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year automotive sales or Internet sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospects: Proactively approach customers in the service drive to discuss their current vehicle.
• Customer engagement: Build rapport and establish trust with service customers.
• Vehicle evaluation: Assess the value of customers’ current vehicles.
• Product knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the latest Ford vehicles.
• Offer presentation: Present compelling vehicle exchange offers to customers.
• Sales process facilitation: Coordinate with the sales team.
• Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions.
• Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with service customers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with service advisors and sales consultants.
• Customer retention: Develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty.
