ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking an Analysis Engineer to join our client’s Vehicle Dynamics team in Auburn Hills, MI.

The role centers on supporting CAE/virtual analysis for steering and suspension, analyzing kinematics and ride performance, and developing full-vehicle simulation models using leading tools. Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with vehicle dynamics simulation tools (ADAMS/Car, NASTRAN, CARSIM, MATLAB).
• Knowledge of suspension and steering kinematics, compliance and vibration analysis.
• Ability to develop routines using Visual Basic, MATLAB, or ADAMS command files.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

As a Analysis Engineer, you will be part of the Vehicle Dynamics department supporting the development and optimization of vehicle suspension and steering systems. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

• Ability to develop custom routines using Visual Basic, MATLAB, or ADAMS command files.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively to cross-functional teams.
