Genesis Products in Goshen, Indiana is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for the Vehicle Division. You will support customers from order entry through delivery, serving as key contact with Sales, Operations, Materials, Scheduling, and Shipping to keep orders moving.

This role goes beyond order entry; you will build relationships, solve problems, coordinate across departments, and may visit customers at events and trade shows to grow accounts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in inside sales or customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with multitasking ability.
• Proactive, dependable, and customer-focused.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain customer orders in ERP system.
• Be a primary contact for order status and delivery expectations.
• Monitor open orders and communicate updates or delays.
• Coordinate with Operations, Materials, Scheduling, Shipping.
• Support Outside Sales with day-to-day account needs.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Travel occasionally for customer visits and events.
