Job summary

Genesis, a fast-growing manufacturing company, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for the Vehicle Division. You will support customers from order entry to delivery, collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Shipping to keep orders moving and customers informed.

This role emphasizes relationship building, problem solving, and cross-functional coordination. Occasional customer visits and trade shows provide opportunities to engage with customers and contribute to sales growth.

Qualifications

• Inside sales experience or customer service background preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with customers.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams to fulfill orders.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain customer orders in the ERP system.
• Serve as primary contact for order status, delivery expectations, and backorders.
• Monitor open orders and communicate updates or delays to customers.
• Collaborate with Operations, Materials, Scheduling, Shipping and Product teams.
• Support Outside Sales Representatives with day-to-day account needs.
• Develop relationships with customers and understand their business needs.
• Travel occasionally for customer visits and industry events.
