Job summary

Carvana in Texas is hiring Customer Advocates to join a fast-growing team in the used-car retail space. Bring at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to help deliver happiness to customers and support the car buying process.

Shift hours vary 7am-5pm, 9am-7pm, or 11am-9pm, with seven-day availability and rotating days off. Starting pay is $19 per hour with opportunities to grow to $21 per hour through performance-based programs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors with the car hauler (training provided).
• Load/unload vehicles onto hauler and inspect for safety.
• Complete customer paperwork and update the tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record.
