Job summary

Carvana is seeking enthusiastic Customer Advocates to join our team in Memphis as part of the growing used-car retailer network. This role involves delivering vehicles to customers, handling paperwork, and maintaining accurate records while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with our car haulers (training provided).
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the vehicle for safety.
• Complete customer paperwork and update the tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per policy.
