Carvana in Wyoming, MI is hiring Customer Advocates who will deliver vehicles to customers' doors and assist with the car-buying experience. The role requires at least 2 years of customer-facing work and strong English skills.

Training is provided for the hauler, and you may need a Notary license within 90 days. Starting pay is $17 per hour with opportunities to rise to $19 based on performance, with 7 days a week availability and a shift from 11am to 9pm.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks as described.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors with trained haulers.
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect for safety.
• Complete customer paperwork with notes in the tracking system.
• Maintain a clean driving record and drive safely per policy.
• Notary may be required within 90 days of employment.
• State-specific license requirements may apply depending on location.
