The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering (Master's preferred) and hands-on experience with C, Simulink, CAN/Ethernet, and automotive embedded software; travel to customer sites is expected; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required; Master's preferred.
Minimum 4 years with Master's degree; 7+ years with Bachelor's degree.
Strong programming in C and Simulink; C++ and Python are a plus.
Experience with onboard sensors (GPS, IMU, LiDAR) and automotive networking (CAN/Ethernet).
Knowledge of ADAS control function and vehicle dynamics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Develop test-vehicle masterplan aligned with business objectives.
Design vehicle architecture, wiring, and communications for test vehicles; perform maintenance.
Implement and evaluate ECU/actuator algorithms embedded in vehicles.
Run experiments, analyze data, and report findings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software-defined mobility solutions.
Create design specifications and technical documentation for projects.
Lead R&D, QA, and product modification activities in line with objectives.
Travel domestically and internationally for reviews, testing, and facility visits.
