• 3+ years automotive repair experience preferred; strong mechanical knowledge
• Proficient in MS Office and web-based applications; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls in a call center environment, meeting performance, handle time, and volume expectations
• Review and adjudicate claims according to established departmental procedures and company guidelines
• Verify repair estimates using national labor and parts guides, including labor rates and standard repair times
• Analyze repair documentation to determine coverage eligibility under service contract terms
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, dealers, repair facilities, and vendors via phone and email
• Determine appropriate authorization amounts using sound judgment and mechanical knowledge
• Accurately document all claim activity, research, and decisions in the claims administration system
• Work collaboratively with the claims team and proactively support department goals
• Maintain high productivity and customer service standards
• Participate in training sessions and continuing education as required
• Assist management with special projects or issues as requested

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Vehicle Claims Adjuster for our client in South County, Missouri. This role is responsible for the setup, review, and processing of automotive claims.

Primary Job Function

The Claims Adjuster reviews repair estimates, inspection reports, and supporting documentation; communicates with repair facilities and customers; and determines contract coverage and authorization amounts in accordance with company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls in a call center environment, meeting performance, handle time, and volume expectations

Required Education & Experience
