Kendall Auto Group in Eugene, Oregon is seeking a Vehicle Acquisitions Assistant to support Kendall’s Automotive Dealership at the Kendall Auto Group site. The role involves making outbound calls, answering inquiries, and scheduling mobile appraisal appointments with professional communication and accuracy.

You will assist our team with data entry, use multiple software tools, and reach private party sellers through various platforms.

Qualifications

• Basic proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, Email applications and web-based applications.
• Self-organization for timely completion of required tasks in proper order.
• Able to handle high volume of detailed information under interruptions.
• Call center or inside sales experience is a plus.

The Vehicle Acquisitions Assistant will:

• Makes outbound calls and answers telephones consistent with company standards.

If you are a consistent performer who prefers to have consistent pay vs. a full-commission position, this may be the opportunity for you! We offer competitive pay with a range of $35,360-$47,340/annually. This position starts at $17.00/hour plus monthly bonuses up to $300-$1,200.00/month. In this position you will need to be flexible with your schedule. You will work weekends and some evenings.

Working conditions are indoors, in an office environment, spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing, and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone.
