Job summary

Parkview Health is seeking a program administrator to support the VeggieRx to Heal produce prescription initiative. You will plan, organize, implement, and promote grant-funded activities, focusing on vulnerable patients and food insecurity.

You will coordinate referrals from EMR, enroll participants, and monitor engagement under the Office of Sponsored Projects. Collaborating with clinicians and external partners, you will ensure grant expenditures and data are collected and reported per

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition, public health, community relations, or related field.
• PM/Grant management experience preferred.
• Solid Excel experience; able to learn other data platforms such as SmartSheet.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, implement, and promote the VeggieRx to Heal produce prescription program.
• Coordinate referrals from EMR, enroll patients, and monitor engagement.
• Ensure grant expenditures and reporting align with federal guidelines.
• Collaborate with external partners to coordinate market and grocery store redemption sites.
